Started in USA and Australia some times ago, none knows about pre-order in Europe, but, following up some phone calls to Activision, Multiplayer.it shop has acquired an agreement providing for exclusive resale rights throughout the country of Italy and -for now- Europe

• Beta access to play the game before the official server opening
• An exclusive KeyCode that makes you ables to register your preferred nickname
